ServiceHub | Multi-Vendor Local Services Booking Marketplace

ServiceHub is a complete, ready-to-launch local services marketplace: a customer app, a vendor app, and a full backend with an admin panel — built with Flutter and Laravel. Customers discover and book services from local businesses (cleaning, home repair, beauty, automotive, fitness, tutoring, photography, and more); vendors manage their own bookings, services, and business profile from their own app; and you run the whole marketplace from a polished admin panel.

Customer App

• Browse by category or search vendors and services directly
• Vendor profiles with working hours, ratings, and full service lists
• Guided booking flow: pick a service, pick a time slot, review and confirm
• Pay by card (Stripe) or cash on service
• Track bookings across Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled
• Leave star ratings and written reviews after a completed booking
• Save favorite vendors and services
• Push notifications, editable profile, light/dark/system theme

Vendor App

• Dashboard with today’s bookings, pending requests, completed jobs, and revenue at a glance
• Accept, reject, or cancel bookings, with full status history
• Add, edit, and toggle services on or off, each with its own price, duration, and image
• View and respond to customer reviews with a full rating breakdown
• Edit business profile (logo, cover photo, description, address, category) and weekly working hours
• Self-service registration with an admin approval step before going live

Admin Panel (Filament 3)

• Approve, suspend, or reject vendor applications
• Manage categories, commission rates, and platform settings
• Configure Stripe keys, branding, and default currency/timezone directly from the panel — no code edits needed
• Full bilingual support: English and Arabic (RTL) are built into both apps out of the box, and can be offered or restricted per-deployment from Settings
• Built-in demo data seeder generates a full-looking marketplace — vendors, services, bookings, and reviews across every category — with clean, professional generated icon artwork instead of stock photography, so there are no photo licensing concerns and nothing inappropriate ever shows up in your demo content

Built for Real Hosting

• Guided web install wizard: checks server requirements, connects your database, creates your admin account — usually done in under five minutes, no command line required
• Optional S3-compatible object storage (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, etc.) for vendor/service images — essential on hosts with ephemeral disks (Render, Heroku, etc.), where local file storage is wiped on every redeploy
• Advanced install path also available via Composer/artisan/Docker for developers who prefer it
