Self-hosted software for answering calls and website enquiries, booking appointments, capturing leads and keeping conversations in one workspace. Includes a visual call-flow builder, business knowledge, connected tools and a dedicated SaaS admin panel.

Phone compatibility

• Twilio: live conversations for incoming and outbound calls.
• Plivo: live incoming conversations. Outbound calls are not supported.
• SIP trunk: incoming calls require routing to OpenAI’s SIP endpoint. Outbound calls are not supported.
• Vonage: outbound greeting announcements only. Cannot answer incoming calls.
• Telnyx: outbound calls through your own Call Control connection. Cannot answer incoming calls.

Vonage and Telnyx numbers can be imported for limited outbound use only. The website widget supports live browser voice and typed chat. Test numbers and “Ring in” are simulations and never ring a real phone. Carrier failures are recorded as failed calls, not completed or billed calls.

Team handoff means a follow-up: the receptionist records a brief for your team; it does not bridge a live call to a person’s phone. After-hours behaviour can take voicemail, play a message and hang up, or hang up.
