QuickDesk | Helpdesk and Support Ticket System With Admin Panel and Mobile App

Requirements

• PHP 8.2 or newer
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
• PHP extensions: pdo, pdo_mysql, mbstring, openssl, tokenizer, xml, ctype, json, curl, fileinfo
• Flutter SDK 3.x, Android Studio and/or Xcode (only needed if you plan to rebuild/customize the mobile app)

⚠️ Note: QuickDesk does not include or cover the cost of any third-party/external services. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Email/SMTP: you must provide your own SMTP server or third-party email provider (e.g., Gmail SMTP, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES) to send ticket notification emails.
• SMS gateway: if you enable SMS notifications, you must provide your own SMS gateway/provider account.
• Cloud storage: if you configure cloud storage (e.g., Amazon S3 or similar) for attachments/backups instead of local storage, you must provide your own account.

Any subscription fees or usage costs charged by these third-party services are your responsibility and are not covered by the purchase price of this item.
