Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture

FeedbackPulse is built from the ground up as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each tenant (your customer) gets:

• Their own subdomain (e.g., acme.yourdomain.com) or custom domain
• A full-featured dashboard with products, campaigns, submissions, analytics and team management
• Public pages – feedback wall, roadmap, changelog and product hub
• Isolated data – tenants never see each other’s data (query-level isolation)
• Role-based access – tenant admin, staff and customer roles with granular permissions

As the platform owner, you manage everything from the superadmin panel: create plans, set pricing, manage tenants, configure billing, monitor payments and view platform-wide analytics. You can even impersonate any tenant to troubleshoot issues without asking for their password.
