Vantage | Customer Review Analytics Laravel Script With Flutter App

Every store owner knows the reviews matter. Almost nobody reads them. By the time a pattern is obvious, and the packaging is failing or one product line is dragging the rating down or a shipping change broke something, it has been true for six weeks.

Vantage collects your reviews on a schedule, scores every one of them, and sends you a weekly report that says what changed, what customers complained about, what they praised, and what to do about it first. It runs on your own server. It is a one-time purchase.

What it does

• Collects reviews automatically. Amazon products by ASIN, Shopify storefronts by URL, or a CSV export from any other review app. Politely, on a schedule, honoring robots.txt.
• Scores sentiment on every review. From -1 to +1, tagged with the topics each review discusses: shipping, packaging, build quality, battery life, and so on.
• Writes a weekly report. Sentiment breakdown, rating histogram, ranked complaint and praise themes with real customer quotes, SWOT analysis, and a prioritized list of what to fix.
• Tells you when something breaks. Sentiment drops, negative spikes, rating falls, review flow drying up, or collection failing. Delivered by email, in-app, webhook, or push.
• Charts the trend. Sentiment week by week across every store, with review volume behind it, so you can tell a real shift from a small sample.

No AI subscription required

Vantage ships with a complete offline analysis engine. Sentiment scoring, theme extraction, weekly reports, SWOT and alerts all run on your own server with no external service and no recurring cost.

If you want the written analysis to read like a person wrote it, connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key in Settings. You are billed by that provider directly. Vantage adds no markup and takes no cut. There is a monthly token cap so it can never surprise you, and if the cap is reached the analysis simply falls back to the offline engine rather than stopping.

The numbers are never guessed

Every count, average, percentage, week-on-week change and histogram in a Vantage report is calculated in SQL from your own review data. When an AI provider is connected it is asked only for language: naming themes, drafting the summary, reasoning about the SWOT. A Vantage report cannot invent a statistic.
