WeCanFix | Handyman Service Booking and On-Demand Marketplace (Next.js + MySQL)

Wecanfix is a complete on-demand handyman and home services marketplace built with Next.js, MySQL and Firebase Authentication. It includes a customer website, provider panel and powerful admin panel with advanced booking automation, provider wallet and commission management, SEO tools, provider management, payment integrations, analytics and business management features.

This item integrates with third-party services that may require separate accounts, configuration, API keys, and usage charges. These services are not included in the purchase price of this item.

• Razorpay: A separate Razorpay merchant account is required to accept payments through Razorpay. Razorpay may charge transaction or other applicable fees according to its current pricing and policies.
• Stripe: A separate Stripe account is required to accept payments through Stripe. Buyers must configure their own Stripe API keys and webhook settings. Stripe may charge payment processing or other applicable fees according to its current pricing and policies.
• Firebase Authentication: Firebase Authentication is used for user authentication. Phone/OTP authentication is usage-based and may incur additional charges depending on usage and the applicable Firebase pricing plan.
• Google Authentication: Google Login requires configuration of a Google Cloud/Firebase project and is subject to Google’s applicable terms and service limits.
• OpenStreetMap / Geocoding: OpenStreetMap-based geocoding is used for location data and SEO-related functionality, such as identifying cities and areas for location-based SEO pages. Public OSM services have usage restrictions and are provided on a best-effort basis. For higher-volume or production usage, buyers may need to use a suitable third-party geocoding provider or their own infrastructure. Any third-party provider fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Google Maps Platform: Google Maps Platform is used for customer-facing location and map functionality, including address selection and coordinate selection. Buyers must configure their own Google Cloud project and API key. Google Maps Platform charges may apply depending on usage and the services used. Any Google Maps Platform charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Microsoft Clarity: Clarity is an optional analytics integration and requires the buyer’s own Clarity account/project if enabled.
• Gemini AI: AI-assisted features use the Google Gemini API and require the buyer’s own API key. API usage may incur charges according to Google’s current pricing and usage limits.
• WhatsApp: WhatsApp notification automation is optional. If enabled, buyers must configure their own supported WhatsApp Business/API service and credentials. Any WhatsApp provider, messaging, template, conversation, or usage charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Important: Third-party service accounts, API keys, transaction fees, usage fees, hosting costs, domain costs, and other external service charges are not included with the purchase of this item. Buyers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own third-party accounts and paying any applicable charges.
